Pinecrest is a village in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. The population was 19,055 at the 2000 census. As of 2004, the population recorded by the U.S. Census Bureau is 19,432.[3] Pinecrest is governed by a five member Village Council and operates under the Council-Manager form of government.
